The Story
"Have you ever been alone for a drive and a brilliant idea began to form in your head? Adam Volpe combines various aspects of graphic, web and fashion design to create what is now known as Fake Apparel. With some leftover change from his summer job, he went ahead and ordered his first shipment of graphic tees along with a few hundred stickers. As an art student he never seems to be running out of new and original ideas. Without practically any prior knowledge regarding web design he continued to build his very first web page. Never having enrolled in any fashion or web related courses at school he has become his own teacher of sorts. After numerous months he finally purchased the new computer equipment necessary for him to keep moving forward at a quicker pace free of obstacles. With Fake Apparel revolving around the surfer lifestyle, Adam started a team made of close friends who were up and coming riders. Together they travel on road trips in search of heavy waves and photographic proof for future Fake advertisements. Most recently, Adam reunited with a high school friend residing in Southern California. Adam insisted his friend take up the position as West coast sales representative for Fake Apparel; expanding the company from coast to coast. Fake continues to gain more and more recognition with each day and holds great promise for future success."
